This course educates parents about cyberbullies, trolls and online friends. It outlines what forms cyberbullying takes and how prevalent it is. It differentiates between trolls and cyberbullies and most importantly, provides practical strategies to identify whether your child is being targeted by someone mean online and what measures you can then implement to diffuse the situation. Finally, it explains how tech-savvy teens communicate with friends digitally and what social etiquette you can teach them, so they maintain positive relationships online.

The course includes three video lessons, along with full text transcript and a progress worksheet. You will also have access to an exclusive codeword which will give you a $30 discount on membership to the Cyber-Savvy Parenting Program.

The course will take approximately 45 minutes to complete.
